<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job management method for improving the activity ratio of a cluster system in which a plurality of nodes are shared. <P>SOLUTION: The job management method includes: a step of selecting an input job from a plurality of nodes, and searching an unused space satisfying a resource requested by an assignment object job from a scheduler map assigned and managed according to time; a step of determining a time when the execution of the job starts on the basis of the searched unused space; a step of creating, from at least one candidate node to which a job is assignable on the above mentioned time, a node list including the information of the spare time length of a forward job of each candidate node, the number of the use nodes of the forward job, and the maximum inter-node distance of the forward job; and a step of sorting the node list in the order of priority with which the execution scheduled node of the assignment object job is selected following a policy for selecting the execution scheduled node of the assignment object job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
