<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic vinyl-based resin composition which uses deproteinized natural rubber as a rubber component, and is excellent in shock resistance and the surface appearance of a molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based resin composition contains a graft copolymer (A) which is obtained by being polymerized with a vinyl-based monomer (b) containing an aromatic vinyl compound and optionally the other monomer which can be copolymerized with the aromatic vinyl compound, under the existence of a rubber polymer (a) composed of 3 to 90 mass% of deproteinized natural rubber (a1) whose nitrogen content ratio is not higher than 0.1 mass% and 10 to 97 mass% of synthetic rubber (a2), (however, the sum of the component (a1) and the component (a2) is 100 mass%).
