<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based lip cosmetic that is excellent in serviceability and a feeling of use, enhances gloss and sustains the gloss and a color thereof for many hours. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-based lip cosmetic comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) a polymer compound comprising a block copolymer or a graft copolymer that is composed by bonding a high-molecular weight portion having an LCST (Lower Critical Solution Temperature) higher than 0°C and lower than 37°C and a hydrophilic polymer portion and gives an aqueous solution showing a sol-gel transition temperature at a temperature higher than 0°C and lower than 37°C; (b) water; (c) fumed silicic anhydride; and (d) a liquid oily agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
