<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing material made of a nonwoven fabric that is light, has heat resistance and air permeability, and is suitable for an automobile engine undercover and the like in a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The sound absorbing nonwoven fabric including a composite nonwoven fabric having an air permeability of 12±4 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>S and a delamination strength of 7 N/5 cm is formed by: sequentially laminating a short fiber nonwoven fabric layer A including a low melting point fiber, a high melting point film layer B having a low melting point film layer 2 on each of both sides of a high melting point film 1, and a long fiber nonwoven fabric layer C as a cover layer; and subjecting the obtained laminate to needle punching, then heating, melting and pressing to integrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
