The unit (10) has a connection unit (30) for allowing a rotary movement of an upper stabilization surface (15) to generate an equal rotary movement for another stabilization surface. A top furnace (16) applies variation of efforts for the upper stabilization surface, and is arranged between an upper rotation axis (AX1) and an upper leading edge (17) of the upper surface. A lower furnace (21) applies variation of efforts of a lower stabilization surface (20), and is arranged between a lower trailing edge (23) of the lower surface and a lower rotation axis (AX2). An independent claim is also included for an aircraft.
