<p>The device has a barrel (10) containing a drive shaft rotated by a motor (101) and comprising a lower end secured to a stator (4). The stator includes an open lower end (4A) and a perforated cylindrical peripheral wall (40) provided with through slots (41). The shaft has a lower end secured to a rotor that includes a shearing unit i.e. cylindrical inner wall, engaged with the peripheral wall of the stator to generate a shearing effect of the substance to be treated during rotation of the rotor. The rotor has a blade placed axially under the shearing unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a removable accessory (2) an electric household food preparation apparatus (3) a method for producing mayonnaises, creams or sauces.</p> |
