<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator which allows extremely easy attachment and detachment of a rotor inside a stator frame around which a coil is wound. <P>SOLUTION: On an outer side of a stator frame 2, a coil 4 is wound so as to surround a bearing hole 2d and a receiving hole 2e. A rotor 1 is inserted into a storage chamber from an opening 2h with a rotor shaft 1b being made vertical. At the time, while a shaft part at the upper part of the rotor shaft 1b is guided to end faces 2e-1, 2e-2 of the receiving hole 2e after passing through a cut part 2h-1, when the rotor 1 is lowered when the shaft part is abutted to an end face 2e-3, a shaft part at the lower part of the rotor shaft 1b is fitted to the bearing hole 2d. Thereafter, when a pressing part 3b of an auxiliary fixing frame 3 is inserted, the end faces 2e-1, 2e-2, 2e-3 of the receiving hole 2e and an end face 3b-3 of the pressing part 3b constitute a bearing part of the shaft part at the upper part of the rotor shaft 1b.
