<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub cover having a function as a bathtub cover, which is available as a table. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub cover is put on a top surface of a bathtub. One side surface is covered with a cushion material 8, and an outer peripheral end face is covered with an edge covering material 9. A core material 6 made of foamed polyethylene is interposed between FRP surface materials 7a and 7b. The cushion material 8 made of the foamed polyethylene is bonded to a surface of the surface material 7a which is one of the surface materials.
