<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which achieve power saving by detecting absence of a user only by use of a piezoelectric sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a first heat detection means which detects radiant heat from human body, and a first control means which enters a power-saving mode when the first heat detection means detects radiant heat moving upward.
