<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a tire which enables a tread to adhere to a base tire so that strain contained in the tread adhering to the base tire may be uniform. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tire includes the step of manufacturing an outer peripheral length of a base tire having an adhesive surface where a vulcanized band-like tread is adhered, the step of winding the tread which is cut shorter than the outer peripheral surface to an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical drum which outer diameter dimension is variable and fixing both ends of the tread on the outer peripheral surface, and the step of changing the outer diameter dimension of the drum around which the tread is wound and corresponding with the outer peripheral length of the base tire which tread length has been measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
