<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet and a container using the same having oxygen absorbing capability, which prevents elution due to uses of organic/flux adhesive, insufficiency of moisture-proofing effect, whitening during high-pressure steam sterilization, abnormal odor during oxygen absorbing reaction, and the like, while preventing the content from being oxidized without use of an oxidation inhibitor. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet is provided by integrating by heat lamination a sheet A and a sheet B on one side of the sheet A. The sheet A includes a layer (a) composed mainly of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and made of a mixed composition of a polyene-based polymer having unsaturated double bond and transition metal salt as accessory constituent, and layers b<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and b<SB POS="POST">2</SB>provided adjacent to both faces of the layer (a), which are made of resin composition composed mainly of copolymer of anhydride monomer ofα-olefin and unsaturated carboxylic acid or unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, and polypropylene.
