<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a steel sheet including a step of rolling a steel sheet and a step of cleaning rolling oil stuck to the rolled sheet using an alkali cleaning liquid, wherein satisfactory cleanability can be maintained in the case where the cleaning is performed by a high speed line. <P>SOLUTION: Using the alkali cleaning liquid including an alkali agent (A), a carboxylic acid compound (B-1) and water, and further including fatty acid and/or a salt derived from fatty acid ester included in the rolling oil by 1.5 to 2.5 wt.%, the cleaning of the steel sheet is performed in such a manner that continuous contact time to the alkali cleaning liquid is in the range of 1.0 to 1.8 seconds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
