Disclosed is an apparatus for extracting a quantity of water drip coffee. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a means of extracting a quantity of coffee having excellent flavor and little caffeine in a short period of time in a water drip method by using cold water. Accordingly, the present invention provides an apparatus for extracting a quantity of water drip coffee, the apparatus comprising a purification tank; a pressure tank; an extraction pipe; an extraction pipe installing unit; and a transient storage tank. |
