<p>The present invention relates to a magnetic circuit for a speaker and a method for manufacturing a magnetic circuit for a speaker and, more particularly, to a magnetic circuit for a speaker which comprises a yoke having a center part recessed to protrude downward and a first injection hole formed on the recessed bottom thereof; a plate positioned above the yoke while being spaced apart from the yoke by a predetermined interval to form an injection space part therebetween, and having a second injection hole formed thereon; and a main magnet integrally injection-molded with the yoke and the plate by filling the injection space part with a mixture of a magnetic material having magnetism and a molten material in a molten state. A reaction space part is formed between the main magnet and the inner surface of the recessed center part of the yoke to position a coil provided on a vibration plate of a speaker during the injection molding of the main magnet, and the magnetic circuit for a speaker is fixed inside a frame forming the appearance of the speaker to vibrate the vibration plate by vibrating the coil. According to the present invention as stated above, the yoke and the plate can be integrally formed when the main magnet is formed, thereby reducing mutual bonding processes and work time, work efficiency can be improved due to excellent quality uniformity and characteristics, and a necessary space can be reduced through reduction of work processes, thereby reducing costs.</p> |
