PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system, a terminal connection method, and a terminal device that allow terminals to efficiently connect with each other while reducing the load of a server in the case where all the terminals in mutually different groups are connected with each other.SOLUTION: A conference system 1 comprises groups A and B, and a server 3. In the group A, terminals A1 and A2 connect with each other by P-to-P. In the group B, terminals B1-B3 connect with each other by P-to-P. The conference system 1 performs full-mesh connection from the above situation. First, the conference system 1 connects one terminal in each group and one terminal in another group (for example, terminals A1 and B1) via the server 3. After that, the conference system 1 makes a terminal which has the largest number of connection terminals connected to its own terminal function as a connection management terminal. The connection management terminal functions as a server for connecting a terminal with another terminal separately from the server 3. Therefore, the conference system 1 reduces the load of the server 3 and efficiently performs full-mesh connection. |
