<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output device for a vehicle allowing a user to recognize whether the present driving is good or bad by outputting an evaluation of instantaneous emission. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 in the output device calculates the instantaneous emission to be discharge amount per unit time of CO<SB>2</SB>discharged from the vehicle from fuel consumption amount detected by a fuel sensor, compares the calculated instantaneous emission with a threshold, and evaluates the instantaneous emission based on the comparison result. The CPU 11 displays the evaluated result on an LCD 3. Since a display is switched in real time, a CO<SB>2</SB>low emission assist display allowing the user to intuitively recognize whether the driving is good or bad is performed by combining as intelligible displays as possible (Fig.4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
