<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which enables ovarian cancer and endometriosis in an examinee to be discriminated with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: A detection method of ovarian cancer is provided with which the ovarian cancer in an examinee is detected using serial Tn antigens bound to CA125 in a body fluid of the examinee as an index. Sandwich immunoassay can be adopted which combines an antibody with respect to the CA125 and an antibody with respect to the serial Tn antigens. A discrimination method of ovarian cancer and endometriosis employing the detection method and a kit used for these methods are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
