<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for a front passenger seat, which has a simple and solid fitting structure by using an inflator fitting structure as a case body fitting means even in the case wherein the weight of the vehicle is reduced by structuring a case body housing an airbag from a base fabric and which can reduce influences to layout design such as installation of an air conditioner or the like to be disposed on a back surface side of an instrument panel. <P>SOLUTION: An inflator 5 is disposed in the case body 6 so as to be positioned on a front side of an automobile, and the case body 6 is disposed on a back surface side of the instrument panel 1. With this structure, a case body fitting piece of the case body 6 is fitted by pinching the case fitting piece of the case body 6 between a base plate 7 of the inflator 5, which is fitted to the back surface side of the instrument panel 1, and the back surface side of the instrument panel 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
