Wake-up device in wireless network and power management method thereof

Disclosed herein are a wake-up device in a wireless network and a power management method thereof. An exemplary embodiment proposes a wake-up device in a wireless network including: a boosting unit supplied with power from a battery and boosting the power; a charging unit charged by being supplied with an output of the boosting unit; and a control unit monitoring a voltage of the charging unit, using a voltage charged from the boosting unit, shutting-down the boosting unit immediately before a wake-up mode is switched to a sleep mode, when the wake-up mode is switched to the sleep mode, or when the charging unit is charged with the first reference voltage or more to use the charging voltage of the charging unit as power, and re-operating the boosting unit when the charging voltage is equal to or less than a second reference voltage during the use of the charging voltage.
