The plate is positioned around a smoke evacuating duct (4), where a front face or a rear face of the plate is opposite to a support face (3') of a wall (3). The seal is in the form of a lip seal or silicone plate, and supported against an outer wall of the duct, and an outer edge of the plate is extended beyond overall dimension of a wall opening (2).
