The present invention relates to an image device capable of simultaneously performing operations of a dynamic vision sensor, an ambient light sensor, and a proximity sensor. A pixel array of an image device according to the present invention includes: first pixels which generate first light currents based on intensity of light received from the outside to output first output signals based on the first light currents; second pixels which generate second light currents based on intensity of an infrared region of light received from the outside to output second output signals based on the second light currents; a first channel driver connected to the first pixels to provide a sum of the first light currents to a first channel; and a second channel driver connected to the second pixels to provide a sum of the second light currents to a second channel. A controller includes: a dynamic vision sensor driver to output contrast data and an address according to the first and second pixels based on the first and second output signals; an illumination sensor driver to output illumination data based on the sum of the first light currents and the sum of the second light currents; and a proximity sensor driver to output a proximity signal based on a change amount of the sum of the second light currents.
