<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a lead time for delivery delay and an entire order while concurrently considering two types of resources that are equipment and workers. <P>SOLUTION: Order information relating to a delivery date of an order and processes to be passed, allocatable resources relating to allocatable equipment and workers, and calender information relating to a processing time for every process and workable time zones for every equipment and worker are registered in a computer; and the computer calculates a degree of freedom for the allocation that is the width of a working range that is allocatable for every worker who is the allocatable resources (S1-S5). The computer: selects an allocation process for allocating from an unallocated process of each order that is not allocated yet, in predetermined allocation order for a work sheet based on the calender information; and allocates a processing time of the allocation process from the past towards the future direction at a time zone to which other processes are not allocated in the time zone when a worker with a smallest degree of freedom for the allocation and the allocatable equipment can work, and registers the allocation result (S6-S8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
