<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a honeycomb structure for purification of exhaust gas, allowing reduction of the amount of brazing material to be applied. <P>SOLUTION: This honeycomb structure production device 20 manufactures the honeycomb structure for the purification of the exhaust gas formed by lapping a corrugated sheet 22 over a flat plate and winding them in a spiral state. The honeycomb structure production device 20 includes: gear-shaped feeding gears 45 meshing with the corrugated sheet 22; a transfer gear 40, on the upstream side and the downstream side of which the feeding gears 45 are disposed along the moving direction of the corrugated sheet 22 fed by the feeding gears 45; a slurry supply means 61 supplying the slurry-like brazing material to the transfer gear 40; and a winding means winding an object wherein the flat plate is lapped over the corrugated sheet 22 applied with the brazing material in the spiral state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
