<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrolytically treating the inner surfaces of a long-size pipe and containers precisely removing: rust on the inner surface of a long-size pipe having a curved pipe part or a branched pipe and the inner surfaces of the containers; and heat burning produced by welding or the like and, at the same time, modifying a thermally affected part or the like, or efficiently treating a passivation film. <P>SOLUTION: The method for electrolytically treating the inner surfaces of a long-size pipe and containers is characterized in that: an electrode plate 2 and a magnet 3 are mounted in layers on one end of an electrolyte supplying nozzle 1 made of conductive material; an electrolyte feeding tube 4 and a wire 5 for power feeding are connected to the other end of the electrolyte supplying nozzle; the electrolyte supplying nozzle, electrode plate and magnet which are covered with electrolyte-permeable insulating material are movably inserted to the inner surface of the long-size pipe or container; the pipe or the container is connected to the anode side and the wire is connected to the cathode side; an inductive magnet is arranged on outer surface of the long-size pipe or the container; the electrode plate and electrolyte-permeable insulating material are tightly brought into contact and induced to the inner surface of the pipe and container and, at the same time, the electrolyte is supplied; the inductive magnet is moved and, thereby, a predetermined part on the inner surface of the pipe or the container is electrolytically treated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
