The present invention relates to ear kernel adaptive variable earphones which comprise: an external housing which embeds a speaker module for outputting audio output; a speaker unit which is extended from an end of the external housing with a cylindrical shape and a predetermined length and has a plurality of guide grooves with predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction on the external surface; and a flexible ear tip which is capable of being extended, is formed to accommodate air inside while completely covering the periphery of the speaker unit and has a cylindrical inner holder which is capable of step-wisely reciprocally moving in correspondence with the guide grooves. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the pain even though the earphones are used for a long term, can prevent separation of the earphones from the ears even though the earphones are repeatedly worn for a long time, can prevent operational failure or damage, can reduce the manufacturing costs and can prevent separation of an ear kernel wearing unit from the external housing or the degradation of wearability.
