PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid sequence analyzer equipped with a horizontal drive stage having no possibility to reduce observation accuracy affected by focus drift which adopts an air cooling mechanism for cooling a flow cell.SOLUTION: The nucleic acid sequence analyzer carries a coolant circulation type temperature control unit on the horizontal drive stage and the temperature of a flow cell-mounting surface is controlled at a predetermined temperature by the temperature control unit. |
