<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a region where GND conductors of two substrates are opposed to each other to suppress generation of parallel plate resonance and further improve transmission characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 2 is connected with the other printed wiring board 1 by directly soldering or pressing pads 23 and 24. A GND conductor 22 of a connection surface with the other printed wiring board 1 is formed to a part corresponding to the pad 24 of the connection surface, or to the pad 24 of the connection surface, a through hole land 26, and a part between the pad 24 and the through hole 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
