<p>Disclosed is an organic light emitting display apparatus. It includes a thin film transistor which includes an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a first insulating layer arranged between the active layer and the gate electrode, and a second insulating layer arranged between the gate electrode and the source electrode and the drain electrode; a capacitor which includes a first electrode arranged on the same layer as the active layer, and a second electrode arranged on the same layer as the gate electrode; a first contact layer made of the same material as the second electrode; a second contract layer which is located on the first contact layer and is made of the same material as the gate electrode; a pixel electrode which is connected to the end part of the first contact part and has an opening formed on the second insulating layer; an organic light emitting layer arranged on the pixel electrode; and an opposite electrode arranged on the organic light emitting layer.</p> |
