<p>The present invention relates to a case protecting structure of a grip handle for windows and doors comprising an operating piece (40) including a base panel (10) and a square shaft (42), an operating knob (20), and a case (30). A mounting block (16) having a mounting surface (15) on which the bottom surface of a head (s′) of a flat-head screw (s) partially in a boss (14) formed in a base panel (10) is die-casted to be integrally formed. Moreover, the tightening pressure of a flat-head screw (s) is applied to a mounting surface (15) formed on a mounting block (16) in a step of tightening a flat-head screw (s) after a base panel (10) and a case (30) are assembled by forming a hole (33) wherein the mounting block (16) is inserted and assembled in the mounting part (31) of the case (30). When a base panel (10) and a case (30) are assembled by a flat-head screw (s), a head (s′) of the flat-head screw (s) is mounted on a mounting part (31) of the case (30) and a mounting surface (15) of a mounting block (16) formed on a boss (14) for fastening a screw of the base panel (10) at the same time. Even if a strong tightening pressure is applied, over-pressure caused by a mounting surface (15) is not applied. Therefore, the present invention has effects of preventing a crack or a damage to a mounting part (31) in advance, and maximizing reliability and marketability of a grip handle.</p> |
