<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pulse generator in which an adjusting member can be prevented from dropping off without mounting a separate member other than the adjusting member to the oil pulse generator from outside, and to provide an oil pulse rotary tool with the oil pulse generator. <P>SOLUTION: In the oil pulse generator 50, a pressure chamber 52A which is filled with operating oil is provided in a cylindrical case 51 rotationally driven by a motor, and a spindle 53 is provided coaxially with the case to project toward the front side of the case. The oil pulse generator 50 includes a torque adjuster 60 capable of adjusting magnitude of impact torque hydraulically generated and applied to the spindle. The torque adjuster includes a communication path 61 formed in the spindle to communicate an inside of the spindle with a pressure chamber, and to allow the operating oil to move, and an adjusting member 62 provided to advance and retreat in the communication path, and to vary a communication condition between the inside of the spindle and the pressure chamber with positioning operation in the communication path. A drop off preventing part 63 is integrally formed on an inner face of the communication path to restrict the adjusting member to move in a drop off direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
