<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geometrical error measuring system capable of quite efficiently avoiding a situation in which processing accuracy of multiaxial machine tool is reduced by execution of correction based on an inappropriate geometrical error. <P>SOLUTION: A geometrical error measuring system S includes: a threshold storage area 25 capable of preliminarily setting a threshold of geometrical error; output means 32 for notifying a situation in which an identified geometrical error exceeds the threshold when the event occurs; and a parameter storage area 26 capable of storing a geometrical error setting value in an updating manner. And, after measuring a new geometrical error, the system S calculates a new geometrical error setting value by adding the geometrical error setting value stored in the parameter storage area 26 to the measured value, and when either one of the newly measured geometrical error and the newly calculated geometrical error setting value exceeds the threshold, the system S enables manual setting of the new geometrical error setting value without automatically updating the geometrical error setting value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
