The present invention relates to an intraluminal vascular prosthesis (10) to be implanted into a blood vessel, especially into the aortic bifurcation. The vascular prosthesis (10) has a hollow cylindrical base (11) with a proximal opening (12), a distal opening (14) and at least one first (16) and one second (18) portion, and with a transition portion (28) between the first (16) and the second (18) portion. Said transition portion has a diameter which continuously decreases from proximal to distal and comprises a less tear-resistant fabric structure (26) with lattice-like reinforcing elements (32) secured and/or applied thereto. |
