The present invention relates to an electrolyte injection device comprising a unique nozzle and a battery cell prepared by using the same. The electrolyte injection device includes an injection chamber where parts except the electrolyte injection hole of a battery case are sealed from the outside when the battery case having an electrode assembly is installed; a cover which seals an injection hopper having an injection tank of temporally storing electrolyte and an upper opening of the injection hopper; an injection hole formed at the lower end of the injection tank; an opening/closing member of opening/closing the injection hole; and an injection nozzle which has an upper end connected to the injection hole and a lower end connected to the electrolyte injection hole of the battery case, and has a region where an internal diameter is reduced.
