Disclosed are a secondary battery frame with an improved dimension management capability and a battery pack having the same. The secondary battery frame according to the present invention is a secondary battery frame used for packaging a pouch-type secondary battery and comprises a frame body and a protrusion. The frame body includes: an upper plate which encloses a boundary region, where an electrode lead is exposed, among boundary regions of a pouch-type secondary battery; a left plate which is connected to a left end of the upper plate; a right plate which is connected to a right end of the upper plate; and a a lower plate which is connected to a lower end of the left plate and a lower end of the right plate. The protrusion is formed to protrude outward from the frame body from at least one of the upper plate, the lower plate, the left plate, and the right plate. |
