The present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte solution including an additive for improving room-temperature and high-temperature stability. The present invention relates to a non-aqueous organic solvent, to a lithium salt, to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution including a borate-based salt compound represented by chemical formula 1, and to a lithium secondary battery using the same. In chemical formula 1, R^1 to R^4 respectively and independently represent halogens or halogen-substituted C_1-C_3 alkyls.
