<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a receiver of a package to effectively use time by reporting a delivery scheduled time in delivery to the receiver only by a simple operation without needing a dedicated attachment to an article such as an electronic tag to each package. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery support system includes a delivery time calculation means which calculates, based on input delivery route information and delivery scheduled package information for each predetermined area classification, a delivery scheduled time for each area classification; and a notification means which notifies the calculated delivery scheduled time for each area classification to the receiver of a delivery scheduled package. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
