<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a sulfide solid electrolyte material, capable of obtaining a superior sulfide solid electrolyte material having hardly any remaining of unreacted Li<SB>2</SB>S and having an superior Li-ion conductivity, by using an inexpensive single substance raw material and controlling its composition. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a sulfide solid electrolyte material includes a raw material composition preparing step of preparing a raw material composition containing sulfide lithium (Li<SB>2</SB>s), a single substance sulfur (S) and a single substance phosphate (P) so that a total molar ratio S/P of S element and P element may be 4 or less and a total molar ratio of Li element and P element may be 3 or less, and a vitrification step of carrying out mechanical milling on the above raw material composition to compound sulfide glass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
