摘要 <p>Provided by the present invention are: a method for imaging a two-dimensional phase matching nonlinear optical structure illumination; and a two-dimensional phase matching CARS structure illumination microscope. The two-dimensional phase matching nonlinear optical structure illumination imaging method includes the following steps of: providing pump light having a pump light frequency; radiating illumination having a square shaped grating amplitude structure to a measurement target in parallel by modulating the space amplitude of pump light in a square granting pattern; radiating stokes light having a stokes light frequency to the measurement target; generating the light space distribution of an anti-stokes signal of the measurement target which is CARS-excited by the stokes light and the pump light radiated in the square shaped granting amplitude structure; and producing an object image which is restructured by processing the original image.</p>
