<p>The present invention relates to a method for quantifying an amount of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activated by using a flow cytometry after labeling a peripheral blood cell with an MMP specific nanoprobe including a phosphor, MMP specific peptide substrate, a quencher, and a polymer by stimulating the peripheral blood cell and restraining protein secretion, in order to provide information for diagnosing autoimmune diseases.</p> |
