The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a salted laver side dish containing white bait and a salted laver side dish containing white bait manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: (1) roasting the white bait with use of charcoal and turning the same into powders; (2) mixing the powder with salt and making mixture powder; (3) roasting salted laver for side dishes with use of corn oil; and (4) mixing the roasted salted laver for the side dishes using the corn oil with the mixture powder, white sugar, sesame, and sesame oil. In the present invention, the salted laver side dish has rich calcium and savory taste of the white bait without fishy and other smells because the white bait is roasted by using charcoal and then turned into powders. |
