摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a wheel load/lateral pressure measurement apparatus and a system including same. The apparatus comprises: a body portion tightly connected to a lower side of a lower flange of a rail; a rail clamp having a coupling portion which is extensively formed on a side inside the lower flange of the rail and a side of the lower flange of the rail; a strain gauge installed on a lower side of the rail clamp, and having at least one FBG sensor inside; and coupling jigs fixing both ends of the strain gauge to the rail clamp. When using the wheel load measurement apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to continuously maintain accuracy though a long time has elapsed, and to improve stability of a railroad by more precisely observing and diagnosing troubles, which can take place on the rail, by measuring change in stiffness of the ground.</p>
