<p>A fine particle collecting apparatus of a cyclone type and a method thereof are provided to collect fine particles of a liquid type contained to outside gas by deposition the fine particles effectively. A fine particle collecting apparatus(100) includes a cyclone(10), a cartridge(20), a collector(30), a recycling pipe(40), a sampling pipe(60), a tube(70), and a drain pipe(80). The cyclone includes a vortex chamber(12), an inflow manifold(16), and an absorption chamber(14). The cartridge includes a plurality of ejector tubes(22,24), a supply connector(26), and a drain connector(28). The collector includes a collecting tank(32), a separator(34), a cap(36) and a passage orifice(38). An electronic valve(V1) is installed on the supply pipe.</p> |
