<p>The present invention relates to a low pressure casting machine for casting magnesium. The present invention provides the low pressure casting machine for casting the magnesium, including: a mold for forming a magnesium casting; a crucible in which magnesium molten metal is put; a crucible cover coupled to the upper portion of the crucible; a pressuring device which pressurizes the magnesium molten metal in the crucible and supplies the same to the mold; a first protection gas injecting device for injecting protection gas to the inside of the crucible; a plurality of main stalks and substalks for supplying the magnesium molten metal from the crucible to the mold; a plurality of molten metal injector for injecting the magnesium molten metal which is supplied from the stalks, to the mold; and a second protection gas injecting device for injecting the protection gas to the inside of the substalks. According to the present invention, when casting magnesium, the casting speed of the magnesium molten metal is fast and oxidation and ignition phenomenon of the magnesium molten metal are prevented, thereby producing high quality magnesium castings with high productivity.</p> |
