The present invention relates to an additive added in a resin to improve scratch resistance. More specifically, the additive includes 1 to 30 parts by weight of poly(tetrafluoroethylene), 10 to 80 parts by weight of polydimethyl siloxane, 10 to 60 parts by weight of a polymerizable monomer having a vinyl group, 1 to 30 parts by weight of an acrylic polymerizable monomer, and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a polyolefin compatibilizing agent. A core/shell-structured high dispersibility particle is produced by polymerizing each of PTFE and PDMS as a core with a polymer matrix and a resin having high compatibility as shells. The core imparts excellent shearing functions, lubrication for decreasing a frictional coefficient, and slip functions, and the shells improve the dispersibility of the core in the polymer matrix. The same is produced in a particle form so that the cohesion of the core is prevented and work convenience is provided. Compatibility with the polymer matrix is imparted so that scratch resistance can be improved.
|
