<p>The present invention relates to a high deceleration ratio of air back pressure control valve. According to the present invention, when the valve is rotated by a motor axis during the operation of a motor (40), the rotation of the motor (40) is converted into an input deceleration having a specific deceleration ratio and the input deceleration ratio is converted into an intermediate deceleration ratio having a deceleration ratio higher than a specific deceleration ratio. A planetary gear motor (30) having a planetary gear set (50) for converting the intermediate deceleration ratio into an output deceleration ratio of 0.1ㅀ output angle is included, so the amount of air back pressure flowing into a fuel cell stack can be precisely controlled by a precise angle control below 0.1ㅀ. Also, without a return spring and a ratchet, an unwanted valve is prevented from being returned by itself and the location of a valve for high pressure can be maintained. Particularly, humidified air is prevented from flowing in by sealing an air passage, using oil seals (91, 93), so cold-start problems can be solved without a heater. Also, a fail is quickly and accurately detected, using a permanent magnet (81) and a magnetic field sensor (83), so operation safety of the fuel cell stack can be greatly improved.</p> |
