<p>The present invention relates to a flat display electrode removal apparatus having a real time inspection function and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the flat display electrode removal apparatus having a real time inspection function comprises: a laser module which removes a certain range of electrode pattern of a flat display by using a laser; and an inspection module which inspects the electrode pattern of the flat display by using a transmittance difference between a processed region and a non-processed region formed by removing the certain region of the electrode pattern.</p> |
