The present invention relates to a scissile type cell culture sheet with a perforated membrane, and provides a scissile type cell culture sheet with a perforated membrane, comprising: a base member formed of a flexible polymer material; and a membrane attached to an upper surface of the base member and having perforation holes. According to the present invention, cells are locally cultured at assigned locations and shapes through the membrane with a perforation pattern, thereby efficiently performing cell analysis. In addition, since the polymer material is used for the base member for cell culture, the culture base member is easily separated into slices as needed, thereby efficiently performing the analysis of the cultured cell array. |
