A polymer electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery is provided to ensure excellent physical stability and liquid retaining characteristics, to make the battery thin, and to improve the freedom degree of shape. A polymer electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery comprises the ionic liquid, a polymer-forming compound, and a lithium salt and non-aqueous organic electrolytic solution. The ionic liquid is formed with combination between a positive ion and negative ion, wherein the positive ion is a positive ion of a heterocyclic compound. The lithium secondary battery(100) comprises a polymer electrolyte, a positive electrode(112) and negative electrode(113). The positive electrode comprises a positive active material intercalating and deintercalating the lithium. The negative electrode comprises a negative active material intercalating and deintercalating the lithium. |
