The present invention relates to an ultrasonic wave probe device of meridian point sounding for needle guiding. According to the present invention, the inside of the human body can be imaged through the ultrasonic wave probe disposed in a first probe housing and a second probe housing, and thus a meridian point can be visually sounded and a needle is guided for invasion into the position where the meridian point is sounded.
