PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying a person to be identified.SOLUTION: A method for identifying a person to be identified includes the steps of: receiving user input data on the person to be identified and location data on the person to be identified from input devices 106A to 106C; and identifying a record of the person to be identified on the basis of the user input data and the location data in a user database 108 having a plurality of user records of registered users stored with a processing device. Each record includes user reference data and location history information on the registered users. The location history information on at least one of the registered users includes relevancy between a time and location data to be presented by a user location device to be associated with the registered users.
